Car engulfed in flames near French Prime Minister’s office
Flames and thick smoke billow from a burning vehicle on Rue de Varenne in Paris, near Matignon palace, where outgoing Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu is meeting with party leaders, government coalition officials and the presidents of both houses of Parliament this morning for "final negotiations" in an attempt to form a coalition.
