"Thank you Franz": Allianz Arena illuminated in honor of Beckenbauer

After the death of Franz Beckenbauer, FC Bayern Munich honors its former player with the lettering "Thank you Franz" - it will illuminate the Allianz Arena in the coming days between 4:30 pm and 10 pm. A memorial event for the soccer legend will be held in the Munich stadium on January 19.
