Train Accident near Garmisch: Trial Begins in Munich

Almost three and a half years after the serious train accident in Burgrain near Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the trial against two railway employees begins on Tuesday at the Munich II District Court. The public prosecutor's office accuses the two men of negligent manslaughter and bodily harm. They were jointly responsible as a dispatcher and track district manager for the route.
