Judge Halts Trump's Downsizing Plans for US Agencies

The plan of US President Donald Trump to drastically reduce the government apparatus by offering severance packages to federal employees has been temporarily halted by a federal judge. According to the White House, 40,000 federal employees have already resigned in exchange for a severance package.
