"External Influence" Apparently Cause of Crash in Kazakhstan

The fatal crash of an Azerbaijani passenger plane in Kazakhstan is believed by the airline to have been caused by "external influence" according to initial findings. According to media reports, authorities in Azerbaijan believe the plane was hit by a Russian surface-to-air missile.
