The new Aston Martin DBX707 - The suspension

Fonte: AUTOMOTOTV (Glomex)

The DBX707's suspension features new damper valves and recalibrated, dynamically switchable air springs that improve vehicle control and steering response. The electric power steering system has also been optimized for improved steering feel: Resistance now increases more when turning, allowing the driver to more precisely assess lateral steering force and available grip. Furthermore, the DBX707 handles the driving dynamic forces even better: the pitching, the rocking and the rolling. This makes it easier for the driver to control the vehicle's yaw with natural pedal and steering wheel inputs. The eARC, the electronic active anti-roll control system, has also undergone minor adjustments: It now gives the driver an even greater sense of agility and also improves the car's dynamic stability. The fact that the DBX707 focuses on the driver is also demonstrated by the changes and improvements to the dynamic driving modes. For example, "Race Start," which can be selected in "GT," "Sport" and "Sport+" modes, delivers maximum acceleration from a standing start - an impressive demonstration of the additional power. Improved logic in the transfer case of the all-wheel-drive system enhances tuning and control accuracy between the powertrain and ESP, creating a more natural sports car feel.
