The new Jeep Avenger e-Hybrid - Efficient drive

Thanks to the combination of the 6-speed dual-clutch transmission and the integrated electric motor, electric driving is possible at low speeds. When parking or driving at a maximum speed of 30 km/h, the e-mode is activated and enables an electric range of up to 1 km. The combination of the 74 kW (100 hp) 1.2-liter 3-cylinder internal combustion engine, the 48-volt lithium-ion battery and the 6-speed dual-clutch transmission with an integrated 21 kW electric motor enables a seamless and comfortable driving experience. Under typical driving conditions, the engine is designed for optimum fuel efficiency and achieves a reduction in CO2 emissions of up to 15% and a fuel saving of just under one liter per 100 kilometers compared to a comparably powered non-electrified Jeep Avenger 1.2 with an internal combustion engine and automatic transmission. Inside the vehicle, customers can choose between a 7-inch e-Hybrid instrument cluster with special mild hybrid driving information or the 10.25-inch e-Hybrid instrument cluster. In addition, the vehicle is equipped with steering wheel paddle shifters to take control of gear selection at all times in manual mode.
