The new Mercedes-Benz Citan - plenty of comfort at the workplace and in the shuttle to the airport

Exemplary noise and seating comfort and practical equipment options: Whether early in the morning on the way to the construction site, in grueling stop-and-go delivery traffic or on shuttle services: everyday life behind the wheel of a small van can be tough. When developing the Citan, Mercedes-Benz therefore attached great importance to brand-typical comfort. This not only contributes to health, but is also a safety argument: relaxed drivers can concentrate better on the traffic. Added to this are comfort features familiar from passenger cars, such as THERMOTRONIC, KEYLESS-GO start function and electric parking brake1. Low wind noise makes a significant contribution to comfort and safety. Conversations and hands-free phone calls are more pleasant to conduct, and general stress levels are reduced during longer or more frequent journeys. The aeroacoustic measures include significantly thicker glass compared with the predecessor, extensive insulation and a second sealing layer on the doors. Particularly in the area of the sliding door(s), the Citan is very quiet in a segment comparison.
