For more than 30 years, the Lexus ES has been delighting drivers and passengers with its quiet interior, its driving comfort and its luxurious appearance. The ES, introduced in 1989 together with the LS flagship sedan, is a core model in the premium E segment and impresses private and business customers alike. Since its inception, Lexus has sold around 2.75 million units in the series; today the model is offered in more than 80 countries and regions. After nearly three successful decades, Lexus first introduced the ES in Western and Central Europe in 2018. The highly acclaimed GA-K platform from the Japanese premium brand forms the basis for the seventh generation of models and allowed the designers to explore the limits of sedan design. The platform is also responsible for the flatter bonnet and the elegant coupé-like roof line. The sharply drawn rear is characterized by all-round LED lights
