The first meeting of the initiative group to prepare the nomination of Vladimir Putin as the 2024 presidential candidate took place on Saturday. The group includes business representatives, celebrities and civil servants. The 71-year-old Putin had amended the constitution twice so that he could theoretically remain in power until his mid-80s.
