A spectacular firefighting operation yesterday in Ózd. Here, a deer fell into a water shaft and was stuck only with its antlers on the edges of the pit. A veterinarian sedated the animal and the fire department lifted the adult stag out of the pit with the turntable ladder. A maneuver that was not without danger for all involved. All's well that ends well, the deer was freed from its predicament and continued to be cared for by the veterinarian.
