Residents living near Pakistan's Nullah Lai river ordered to evacuate after heavy rain
Rescue vehicles stand ready after residents living in low-lying areas near the Nullah Lai river that runs through the city of Rawalpindi, next to the capital Islamabad, were ordered to evacuate after a sharp rise in the water level.
