If you heat the car to a pleasant 22 degrees while driving in wintry temperatures, you put a corresponding strain on the energy storage unit. A practical function provides a remedy here: You can use the parking climate control in your CUPRA Born to select the desired temperature even before you start driving. Thanks to CUPRA CONNECT GEN4 technology, this can be done conveniently from the breakfast table via the My CUPRA app. The CUPRA Born then operates from the power socket or wallbox and does not use the battery. The result: the windows are clear and you enter a pleasantly tempered vehicle - the battery no longer has to perform the feat of fully air-conditioning the interior, but simply maintains the temperature.
