A 3 billion kilo floating city in the shape of a turtle has been unveiled. The terayacht, named Pangeos, was to be the largest floating structure ever built. According to the Italian design studio Lazzarini, the ship will accommodate 60,000 guests and include hotels, shopping centers and parks.
