Home ownership has once again become more expensive in Schleswig-Holstein this year, according to the new Real Estate Market Atlas published by LBS Bausparkasse on Tuesday. In Hamburg, on the other hand, prices have fallen recently, while Schleswig-Holstein is subject to other dynamics due to vacation properties and retirement residences. Regionally, prices remain extremely varied.
