The new Škoda Kodiaq - Drive - the first Kodiaq with plug-in hybrid

The new Škoda Kodiaq is also available in a variant with plug-in hybrid drive. With a system output of 150 kW/204 PS, the Kodiaq iV enables a purely electric range of more than 100 kilometers according to WLTP. Mild hybrid technology is also making its way into the engine range of the new Kodiaq with the 110 kW/150 PS 1.5 TSI turbocharged petrol engine. The drive range is completed by another turbocharged petrol engine with a displacement of 2.0 liters and two two-liter turbodiesels with 110 kW/150 PS and 142 kW/193 PS respectively. All engines are combined with a DSG dual-clutch gearbox. The respective petrol and diesel top engines are equipped with all-wheel drive as standard. Škoda also offers DCC Plus adaptive chassis control with driving profile selection for the new Kodiaq. The system has two separate valves that control the compression and rebound of the suspension, enabling faster and more variable damping. This improvement results in an accelerated response, optimized handling characteristics and outstanding ride comfort with unchanged ground clearance compared to models with conventional suspension.
