Spring is here - and so is the cycling season. Cycling promotes exercise and is good for your health. But the longer the tour, the more uncomfortable and painful many find sitting on the bike. Butt and knee pain, tingling or numbness are the most common complaints. But the agony can be easily prevented. The German Sport University Cologne, together with a company for bicycle ergonomics, has looked at the possibilities of preventing pain through cycling.
