In Hanoi, Vietnam, Nguyen Thi Kim Quy attracts attention when she drives her motorized rickshaw full of dogs through the streets - and on top of that she has put the animals in Santa Claus costumes. But the 71-year-old has one concern: she wants to stop the consumption of dog meat.
