A man goes to the doctor, he says: "Doctor, doctor it goes nimmer so well with me. Goes really nimmer so well." He says, "What is it? Headache? Stomach ache?" "Nananana. That would be something easy. My best bit's wearing off. My best bit." He says: "No problem at all. We have a brand new preparation from America, one tablet a day, Werdens will see that it works again." Well, they meet 4 weeks later. Says the doctor: "And? How is it going?" He says: "It's amazing. It's going great. Awesome. Two, three times a week." Says he, "Excellent. Congratulations." Says he: "Psst, Psst, Psst. My wife knows nothing."
