In Belarus, a Russian plane was reportedly blown up by an act of sabotage. "Partisans" reported that the incident took place near the capital Minsk on an airfield in Makhulishchi. This affirms, Franak Viacorka, an adviser to the opposition leader, Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, on Twitter.
