The Supreme Court has ruled that carrying guns in public is a fundamental right. By a vote of six to three, the Supreme Court on Thursday overturned a New York state statute. According to the regulation, proof of a special need for self-defense is required for a firearms license. The court now found that this regulation violated two amendments to the US Constitution
