2026 All-new Toyota RAV4 Exterior Design

Toyota's new Arene software platform marks the first step toward fully software-defined vehicles. It enables the creation of a new digital environment for advanced safety and entertainment features. Arene is the foundation for Toyota's cutting-edge safety technologies, which are being used for the first time in the new RAV4 and significantly enhance safety. Also making its world debut is the new generation of the multimedia system, which offers improved connectivity, navigation, and safety tools, and, thanks to Arene, operates faster than ever before. In the highly efficient new plug-in hybrid variant, the RAV4 is both a true electric vehicle and a practical hybrid. In electric mode, it achieves a range of up to 100 kilometers (WTLP combined), covering the daily needs of most European customers. At the same time, it offers the flexibility and reliability of the latest Toyota hybrid technology. At the heart of the plug-in hybrid system is a battery with 30 percent more capacity than before, providing more power, better acceleration, and greater efficiency. At the same time, faster battery charging is possible thanks to DC charging capacity of up to 50 kW, depending on the equipment. The modified drive layout also improves driving dynamics and increases interior space.
