New Hyundai KONA - Advanced driver assistance systems for a high level of safety

The second-generation KONA features the next level of Hyundai's Smart Sense advanced driver assistance systems. Comparable systems are not available in most other B-SUVs. Thus, the new Hyundai KONA ensures the highest level of safety and comfort on the road. The camera-based driver attention assistant uses the vehicle's internal camera to analyze the driver's face and warn him or her if he or she is tired or inattentive, or intervene if necessary. And the parking assistant with remote control assists the driver when parking and backing out from a distance. Pressing the vehicle key moves the vehicle forward or backward. Blind Spot Assist with monitor display supports the driver when changing lanes by warning of a collision with vehicles in the blind spot. If necessary, the system automatically brakes the Hyundai KONA to prevent a collision.
