With the new Mazda CX-60, Mazda expands its crossover portfolio in Europe - and celebrates several premieres: The new model is the first Mazda in Europe with plug-in hybrid drive and is optionally available with a newly developed inline six-cylinder diesel engine from the beginning of 2023. The Mazda CX-60 combines a powerfully elegant Kodo design with a stylish interior and new technologies for greater driving comfort, stability and control. It is the first of two new mo- dels based on a new "Large Platform" architecture to be launched in Europe over the next two years. With the new Mazda CX-60, the Japanese automaker is responding to the continuing growth in demand for crossover models and expanding its range with a vehicle that combines brand-typical driving pleasure with excellent environmental characteristics. Available both as a plug-in hybrid drive e-Skyactiv PHEV and in the highly efficient diesel variant e-Skyactiv D, the Mazda CX-60 is an important part of Mazda's multi-solution strategy for sustainable mobility. This follows the principle that there is a suitable drive solution for each different application. The new top-of-the-range model not only features the company's first plug-in hybrid powertrain, but also embodies everything the brand has incorporated into its DNA over the past 100 years: outstanding exterior and interior design, the finest Japanese craftsmanship and innovative tech- nologies that are geared to people's needs.
