The new ID. Buzz is one of the most progressive vehicles in its class. This fact is reflected par excellence in the range of assistance systems. Many of the systems, such as "Car2X," "Front Assist" with pedestrian and cyclist detection, proactive occupant protection and, on the ID. Buzz Pro, traffic sign recognition and "Lane Assist" lane departure warning are standard. The two latest systems are available as options: "Travel Assist" with swarm data use and assisted lane change, and "Park Assist Plus" with memory function for automated parking. The two new systems in detail: "Travel Assist" with swarm data utilization. The optional "Travel Assist" previously used only infrared, radar and camera sensors and navigation data for assisted longitudinal and lateral guidance: as soon as the driver activates "Travel Assist" via a button on the multifunction steering wheel and sets a desired speed, the Volkswagen can maintain this speed, automatically react to speed limits and vehicles ahead, and independently follow the lane within the system limits (adaptive lane guidance). "Park Assist Plus" remembers the way. Park Assist Plus" is a well-known Volkswagen system. It enables automatic parking in longitudinal and transverse parking spaces literally at the push of a button. The ID. Buzz can also pull out again on request.
