The Genesis Electrified G80 - charging

The Electrified G80 offers a 400V and 800V multi-fast charging system to allow customers to use different charging infrastructures. The drive motor and inverter can thus increase the voltage level from 400V to 800V. This is an optimized level for the system and provides a more stable charge. Not only can customers use an 800V fast charging system without an additional converter, but they can also use a 400V charger. The electrified G80 also offers the V2L (Vehicle to Load) function, which allows customers to use an electrical power of 3.6kW, which is above the level of an average household. This allows electrical appliances to be conveniently used outside the vehicle.
