The new BMW 3 Series Sedan and the new BMW 3 Series Touring - Diverse drive portfolio, 8-speed Steptronic transmission now standard for all models

The characteristic features of the BMW 3 Series also include the great variety in the drive portfolio. Highly efficient combustion engines with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology and electrification in the form of plug-in hybrid and 48-volt mild hybrid technology ensure an exemplary balance between driving pleasure and fuel consumption. In the new BMW 3 Series, all engines are combined with an 8-speed Steptronic transmission as standard.
