The new Mercedes EQS SUV - The interior design

The interior combines the progressive design, sophistication and comfort of the EQS sedan with the space and versatility of the popular full-size SUV concept. The interior is characterized by the fusion of digital luxury with innovative new equipment elements. The so-called "purpose design" of the electric vehicle architecture also ensures exceptionally generous SUV interior dimensions. In conjunction with the optional third row of seats and the electrically adjustable second row of seats, this offers a level of flexibility that meets the needs of even the most demanding customers. The interior design follows a consistent vision of digitization. It is particularly impressive in the optional MBUX Hyperscreen, which made its debut in the EQS sedan. The curved 56-inch screen extends almost across the entire width of the interior. The MBUX Hyperscreen integrates the instrument cluster, infotainment and passenger display in a seamless design. This harmonizes perfectly with the extreme proportions of the strip above, with its distinctive air-conditioning vents and seemingly free-floating center console below.
