A train crashed into a tractor-trailer at a railroad crossing in Grovetown, Georgia on July 13, splitting the tractor-trailer in half. The crash occurred at a known hot-spot for truck-train collisions, which occurs due to a hump on the tracks that catches onto the bottom of trailers.
