You don't need much for urban knitting: wool, knitting needles and nimble fingers. In Hanau, a cross-generational project is currently underway. The KunstKaufLaden Tacheles has brought it to life. Together with the United Martin Luther + Althanauer Hospital Foundation Hanau, VMLS for short, senior citizens knit until the needles glow.
