At the UN climate conference in Dubai, around 20 countries have spoken out in favor of tripling the output of nuclear power plants worldwide by 2050 in a declaration distributed by US climate envoy John Kerry. Otherwise, climate neutrality by 2050 "cannot be achieved", it said.
