Netflix opens stores around the world

Netflix plans to launch "Netflix House," a series of permanent retail stores around the world. There, fans can immerse themselves in the worlds of their favorite shows - from clothing to cuisine to activities. These locations, which combine retail, dining and live experiences, symbolize Netflix's entry into physical spaces dedicated to fan engagement. The company plans to open its first two Netflix House locations in the U.S. in 2025 before expanding globally. Previously, Netflix had its first experience with the fan experience with the "Bridgerton Ball" and "Stranger Things" pop-ups. "We've seen how much fans love being immersed in the world of our movies and TV shows, and we've been thinking a lot about how to take that to the next level," said Josh Simon, vice president of consumer products at Netflix. The locations will feature rotating installations, including shows inspired by popular series, as well as a variety of food and beverage options.
