The cup has its own laws. Lower-class clubs become the final boss. The Spielvereinigung knows that too. For three years in a row, Fürth has not made it past the second round in the cup. The opponents: all underdogs with Babelsberg, the Stuttgart Kickers, and most recently Homburg. And the next supposedly 'small' opponent is already waiting. Against Oberliga team TSV Schott Mainz, the cloverleaf wants to finally reverse the negative trend.
