The Nauen Town Hall Illumination 2025 is the first event of its kind in the radio city. The idea comes from the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, where it is called Turmleuchten. According to the Nauen organizer, up to 65 thousand people were there. In Nauen, the organizer, the company Tobo, also had high hopes of attracting a large number of enthusiastic people at the first Town Hall Illumination, and he was not disappointed. The mega event in the radio city of Nauen was also a dress rehearsal because it could not be technically rehearsed beforehand, it had only been tested virtually. So it was important that the weather cooperated as well. In Warnemünde, the Turmleuchten could not take place on January 1, as it has apparently not been able to for over 20 years, due to a storm warning making it too dangerous.
