That immediately makes you want to go skiing, sledding, and hiking in the white landscape. However, not all mountain railways have started their winter operations yet. For example, the midday cable car in Immenstadt is still in the final stages of its preparations. We met with railway operator Georg Waller and talked to him about the work before the big rush.
