The US rapper Kendrick Lamar leads the Grammy race with the most nominations: he has been nominated for nine categories of the US music award. In second place is pop diva Lady Gaga with seven nominations. Latino rap star Bad Bunny, pop singer Sabrina Carpenter, and R&B singer Leon Thomas are each nominated six times.
