Düsseldorf is ready for Carnival 2023. The festival committee has presented the security plans for the Hoppeditz Awakening on 11/11. After the experiences of last year, adjustments have been made to ensure security. These include a glass ban in the old town, a weapons-free zone, and increased police presence.
