This is the hair-raising moment a suspect leading police on a chase in a stolen vehicle through Seattle, Washington state on September 17 escaped by jumping over the partially open University Bridge drawbridge. Police later found the vehicle damaged and with the suspect nowhere to be found. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
