The Bundestag has approved the first budget of the black-red government. Also approved was the law for the final establishment of the 500 billion euro special fund for infrastructure and climate protection. Federal Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil (SPD) expressed his delight and said that they are putting real money into it to modernize Germany.
