The cooperative from Horgau has set itself the goal of offering regional organic products as directly as possible from the producers and as sustainably as possible. To work efficiently, they developed an app with the start-up Lokbest that allows the stores to be used 24 hours a day without personnel. The app allows customers to register, scan the products at the barcode, and pay. The cooperative is constantly improving the app. The concept is also to be implemented in other stores.
