The US Federal Reserve holds interest rates "unchanged" for a fourth consecutive meeting, announces Fed Chair Jerome Powell. "We believe that the current stance of monetary policy leaves us well-positioned to respond in a timely way to potential economic developments," he tells reporters. SOUNDBITE
