Merz on Migration: "We are closing these paths"

The new Chancellor Friedrich Merz (CDU) announced during his inaugural visit to Poland that he intends to close the paths for irregular migrants into Europe. The Chancellor also stated that he wants to tighten European asylum rules together with the Netherlands, Denmark, and Italy.
