Deportations: Trump administration once again disregards US justice

US President Donald Trump and El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele celebrated their close collaboration in Washington on the highly controversial US deportation policy. During the meeting in the Oval Office of the White House, Bukele emphasized that he would not send back to the United States a migrant mistakenly deported to El Salvador and detained there.
