After the Ukraine Summit in London, Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer have developed a plan for a partial ceasefire in Ukraine. According to Macron, Europeans should also increase their defense spending to 3 to 3.5 percent of GDP. The ceasefire plan will soon be presented to the US.
