Medicine Nobel Prize awarded to RNA researchers from the USA

The Medicine Nobel Prize this year goes to researchers Victor Ambros and Gary Ruvkun from the USA. The duo is honored for the discovery of MicroRNAs, which are special RNA molecules that play an important role in the regulation of gene activities.
