The outgoing NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has called on allies on both sides of the Atlantic to stick together. "Isolation policy will not protect anyone," Stoltenberg said in a farewell speech in Brussels. His mandate ends on October 1, and the office of Secretary General will then be taken over by the Dutchman Mark Rutte.
