A 66-year-old hiker from Bavaria suffered an allergic shock in Tyrol after a wasp attack. While resting in Mayrhofen in the Zillertal, the woman was stung by 10 to 15 wasps, leading to a serious allergic reaction. Her husband immediately alerted the emergency services after she administered an emergency pen.
