The NCAA college football match between the Oklahoma Sooners and Kent State at Gaylord Memorial Stadium in Norman, Oklahoma on October 4 was halted during the first quarter when Sooners wide receiver Keontez Lewis slammed into one of the stadium's brick walls. Reports say Lewis was briefly motionless. The stadium will be installing safety padding on the walls. The Sooners defeated Kent State with a score of 44-0.
