Putin-Witkoff talks risk piling pressure on Kyiv, says EU's Kallas
EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas warns that talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US envoy Steve Witkoff risk ramping up pressure on Ukraine to make concessions.
