A Chilean mother walked more than 1,300 kilometers for her sick son. Camila Gómez traveled to raise money for her son's medical treatment, which is only available in the USA. Additionally, the mother wanted to raise awareness about the need for affordable treatments. Duchenne muscular dystrophy is a genetically inherited disease characterized by progressive muscle wasting.
